We're sorry to see you go! If you'd like to delete your RepairFlow CRM account and associated data, please follow the steps below. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Email us at the contact information provided below
  2. Include your account email in the deletion request
  3. Specify the reason for deletion (optional)
  4. Wait for confirmation - We'll process your request within 7 business days
  5. Receive confirmation email once deletion is complete

Data Retention Period

Immediate Deletion: Your account and personal data will be deleted immediately after processing your request.

Backup Data: Encrypted backups may be retained for up to 30 days for recovery purposes, then permanently deleted.

Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., tax records).

Important Notice: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your repair records, customer data, and business information will be permanently deleted. Please ensure you have exported any important data before proceeding.
